Quick Beef Stroganoff - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. beef sirloin
1 Tbsp. shortening
1 medium onion, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1 c. dairy sour cream
1 (3 oz.) can broiled, sliced mushrooms, undrained
2 Tbsp. catsup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
noodles
Preparation

Cut meat in 1/4-inch strips.
Brown in hot shortening.
Add onion and garlic.
Cook until onion is crisp-tender.
Combine remaining ingredients, except noodles.
Add to meat.
Heat through, but do not boil.
Serve over noodles.
