Lemon Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 c. water
    pinch of salt
    less than 1/4 c. melted butter
    juice of 2 lemons
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, flour, salt, water, juice and melted butter.
    Separate eggs; beat egg yolks and add to sugar mixture. Beat egg whites stiff, then add egg mixture and mix well.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until set.
