Your Choice Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
    1/4 c. onions, diced
    1 medium green pepper, diced
    1/2 lb. quick dry oats
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. tomato juice
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 Tbsp. black pepper
Preparation
    Blend well all ingredients and shape into loaf. Pat well to cover air pockets. Put in loaf pan and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Drain off grease and garnish with ketchup or tomato sauce and thinly sliced green pepper rings.
