Glazed Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    14 1/2 lb. sliced cooked sweet potatoes
    1 lb. 5 oz. sugar (white or brown)
    1 1/3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 1/3 qt. water
    2/3 c. butter
    1 1/3 Tbsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine sugar, salt and cornstarch.
    Stir in water and cook 15 minutes.
    Add butter.
    Pour over sweet potatoes in a flat pan, so each piece is covered.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
