Beau Catcher'S Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cut-up fryer
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    2 Tbsp. onion powder
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 stick melted margarine
Preparation
    Mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, thyme and onion powder.
    Dip chicken in buttermilk and then into dry ingredients, coating well. Pour butter into baking dish, place chicken in butter and turn to coat.
    Place chicken, skin side down, in a single layer.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken and bake for another 30 minutes or until tender.
