Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
3 cans creamed corn
1 small jar pimento
1 stick butter
1 1/2 c. uncooked rice
1 green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
Preparation

Saute onion and pepper in butter.
Mix all ingredients together, then add salt and pepper to taste.
Add 3 tablespoons sugar.
Place in 9 x 13-inch baking dish and cover with grated cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
