English Pea Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (No. 2) cans small English peas
1 stick butter
1 onion, chopped
4 stalks celery, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can water chestnuts, chopped
1 small jar diced pimiento
cracker crumbs
Preparation

Saute onions, celery and bell pepper in butter.
Drain liquid from one can of peas.
Mix peas, liquid, sauteed vegetables, soup, water chestnuts and pimiento.
Place in casserole dish and sprinkle crumbs over top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
