Florida Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 box yellow cake mix
2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can fruit cocktail and juice
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar

Preparation

Blend first 4 ingredients, then mix at medium speed for 2 minutes.
Place in 9 x 13-inch pan and sprinkle with brown sugar. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until cake springs back when touched lightly in center.
Remove from oven and put icing on immediately while warm.
