Beef And Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 oz. frozen lima beans
    1 c. boiling water
    2 Tbsp. chopped onions
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 thinly sliced carrots
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    6 (3/4-inch) tomato slices
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a pot, boil 1 cup water.
    Add lima beans and carrots; cover and cook for 15 to 20 minutes until tender.
    Drain; reserve 1/3 cup liquid.
