Scallop Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cauliflower
    2 lb. mushrooms
    1 small onion
    1 stick butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt, paprika
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook cauliflower (which has been broken apart), until tender and arrange in greased casserole pan.
    Then wash mushrooms and simmer 30 minutes.
    Cut the mushrooms in slices; cook 3 minutes in 1 tablespoon fat, turning frequently.
    Next melt 4 tablespoons butter in saucepan.
    Add finely chopped onion; cook until tender. Add flour while stirring constantly.
    When smooth add milk and mushroom liquid.
    Add salt, paprika and mushroom slices and sprinkle with bread crumbs mixed with 2 tablespoons butter and paprika.
    Bake in oven 30 minutes.
