Polish Sausage-Kraut - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 medium potatoes, diced
    1 c. carrots, sliced
    16 oz. sauerkraut, rinsed and drained
    1 c. sour cream plus 1 Tbsp. flour, mixed
    1 tsp. beef bouillon
    1 c. water
    1 medium onion, sliced
    1 tsp. caraway seed
    1 lb. Polish sausage
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 cloves garlic, sliced
Preparation
    Saute in margarine, garlic and onion (do not brown; cook until tender).
    Add water, bouillon, carrots, potatoes and caraway seed. Cook slowly until vegetables are tender.
    Add sauerkraut and sausage; heat through.
    Stir in sour cream mixture.
    Heat and serve.
