Shrimp Scampi - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. shrimp
    2 sticks butter
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    4 cloves crushed garlic
    1/2 tsp. salt
    dash of cayenne pepper
    1/4 c. lemon juice
Preparation
    Melt butter; pour into a baking dish.
    Add oil, parsley, garlic, salt, cayenne and lemon juice.
    Mix. Add shrimp. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
    Arrange shrimp in a single layer in a large skillet.
    On medium heat, saute for 5 minutes.
    Turn and saute on other side 5 minutes, or until shrimp is pink.
    Remove from skillet; place on a platter and pour garlic mix over.
