White Chocolate Raspberry-Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. nuts
    1/2 c. butter
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    3 eggs
    4 oz. white chocolate
    2 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. whipping cream
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 pt. raspberries
    2 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Combine crumbs, 1/2 cup sugar, butter (melted) and cinnamon. Press into torte pan.
    Cream the cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and eggs, blending well.
    Add melted white chocolate, cornstarch, whipping cream and vanilla.
    Pour 1/3 mixture into crust.
    Put a few berries on top.
    Repeat twice.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
