Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lb. ground beef
    4 c. chopped onion
    4 (28 oz. each) cans tomatoes
    1 (6 lb. 12 oz.) can pinto beans
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    3 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Brown and drain ground beef.
    Mix all ingredients together except beans and simmer for 1 hour and 15 minutes uncovered.
    Then add beans and cook additional 15 minutes.
    Makes 2 gallons.
