Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 medium potatoes, boiled, then grated
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/4 c. butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Heat soup and butter until melted.
    Add cheese, sour cream and onion.
    Mix well.
    Pour mixture over grated potatoes; mix well. Top with crushed potato chips.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
