Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 to 1 c. butter or margarine, melted
    salt and pepper (your preference)
    a little chopped onion (optional)
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Place potatoes in a 9 x 13-inch pan (lightly greased or sprayed with Pam).
    Drizzle butter or margarine over potatoes. Sprinkle salt, pepper and onions over potatoes.
