Orange Sponge Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, separated
    1 c. sugar
    pinch of salt
    1 c. sifted cake flour
    juice and rind of 1 orange, grated
    1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
Preparation
    Beat egg yolks until light and fluffy.
    Gradually add sugar, salt, flour, juice and rind.
    Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until very stiff.
    Fold into first mixture.
    Bake in ungreased tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    When removed from oven, invert pan on bottle to cool.
