Layered Turkey Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. torn iceberg lettuce
    1/2 lb. turkey, cut into strips
    1 large sweet red pepper, chopped
    1 c. sliced celery
    2 c. shredded baby Swiss cheese
    1 c. seedless red grapes
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/8 tsp. ground white pepper
Preparation
    Layer first 6 ingredients in a 2 1/2 quart bowl; set aside. Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and white pepper; spread over salad, sealing to edge of bowl.
    Cover and chill 8 hours.
    Toss gently before serving, if desired.
    Yields 6 servings.
