White Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 c. chicken broth
    1 medium onion
    3 ribs celery
    1/2 red bell pepper
    1/2 green bell pepper
    10 oz. diced tomatoes and chilies (Red Gold)
    4 oz. can chopped green chilies
    1 (36 oz.) can white Great Northern beans
    2 tsp. ground cumin
    2 tsp. oregano
    dash of cayenne pepper
    3 oz. diced, cooked chicken
Preparation
    Saute onion, celery and peppers.
    Add remaining ingredients. Simmer for several hours. Top with grated Monterey Jack cheese and/or sour cream. Serve with tortilla chips.
