Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
1/4 c. bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
2 c. mashed potatoes
1/4 c. onion
1 egg
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preparation

Mix hamburger, onion, egg, crumbs, salt, pepper and 1/3 of the soup.
Put in pie pan; cook 25 minutes at 350\u00b0 and drain off fat. Spread mashed potatoes over meat mixture; over potatoes, spread remainder of soup and 1/2 cup cheese and cook 10 minutes more.
