Baked Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. sifted all-purpose flour
    3 beaten eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 tsp. salt (okay to omit)
Preparation
    Gradually add flour to eggs, beating with rotary beater.
    Stir in milk, melted butter and salt.
    Grease a 9 or 10-inch skillet; bake in oven (450\u00b0) for 20 minutes.
    Cut into wedges and serve with hot fruit sauce or syrup.
