Shrimp Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. peeled raw shrimp
    1 stick oleo
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 medium bell pepper, chopped
    1 can French onion soup
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes with chili peppers
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 c. raw rice
    dash of red pepper
Preparation
    Melt oleo and saute onions until tender.
    Add bell peppers; cook a few minutes.
    Add soups and chopped tomatoes.
    Get all ingredients real hot, then add raw rice and shrimp.
    Add parsley flakes.
    Pour all this into a 3 to 4-quart casserole dish with cover or a 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
    Spray pan with Pam and cover with aluminum foil.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Rice should appear fluffy.
