Jalapeno Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
2 1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. cooking oil
3 c. meal
3 tsp. sugar
1 large onion, chopped
1 tsp. baking powder
4 or 5 jalapenos (Mexican peppers), chopped
1 (No. 2) can yellow creamed corn
2 c. sharp grated cheese
Preparation

Mix well and bake 40 to 45 minutes at 375\u00b0 or until browned in 9 x 13 pan.
