Quick Baked Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    2 (16 or 18 oz.) cans pork and beans
    1 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped onion
Preparation
    Fry bacon until done.
    Drain on paper towel.
    Saute onion in small amount of bacon fat.
    Dice enough bacon to yield 1/2 cup. Mix remaining ingredients and place in 1-quart casserole.
    Cut remaining bacon into thirds and place on top of bean mixture. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
    Yield:
    6 servings.
