Pineapple Cream Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1 tsp. seasoned salt
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation

Soften cream cheese and stir in crushed pineapple.
Add 1 cup of nuts, green pepper, onion and seasoned salt.
Form into ball or roll and cover with remaining nuts.
Make 1 or 2 days ahead before serving.
