Squash Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. yellow squash sliced
    1 medium onion chopped
    1/4 lb. butter or margarine
    1 small bag Pepperidge Farm Stuffing Mix
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom, chicken or celery soup
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Boil squash until tender.
    Drain and mash.
    Add butter, onion, sour cream, soup and 1/2-3/4 bag of stuffing mix.
    Mix completely. Pour into oblong casserole 9x13.
