Salted Pecan Icing(For Yellow Cake Layers) - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. pecans, toasted with butter and salt
1 box powdered sugar (10x)
1 stick butter

Preparation

Cream butter with one box powdered sugar.
Mix a little water with it to make it of spreading consistency and add pecans.
Makes enough for 3 layers.
