Hot Baked Stuffed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 washed baking potatoes, scrubbed with salad oil
    8 strips bacon
    2/3 c. bacon drippings
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    6 Tbsp. vinegar
    4 tsp. sugar
    1/2 c. minced green pepper
Preparation
    Bake potatoes in 400\u00b0 oven until fork-tender.
    Meanwhile, cook bacon until crisp; drain then crumble.
    Measure drippings and add salad oil to drippings to make 2/3 cups.
