Barbecue Beef - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. chuck roast
2 Tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt
1/2 c. diced celery
4 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 large diced onion
1 c. ketchup
1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
-
Put onion and celery on top of beef.
Combine other ingredients and pour over meat.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 3 to 4 hours. Pour off fat, shred, and return to roaster.
