Mary'S Chicken Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    6 Tbsp. margarine, softened
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon pepper seasoning
    2 chickens (3 lb. breasts each), cooked *
    1 (4 oz.) can mushroom stems and pieces, finely chopped
    3 pkg. (8 oz. each) refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
    6 to 8 Tbsp. melted margarine
    1 1/2 c. crushed croutons
    2 to 3 envelopes instant chicken gravy mix (optional)
Preparation
    Three pounds of chicken breasts are easier.
