Funeral Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. soft margarine
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    16 oz. sour cream
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
    24 oz. pkg. O'Brien hash browns
Preparation
    Mix together margarine, soup and sour cream.
    Add potatoes and cheese.
    Place in a greased 9 x 11-inch casserole.
    Sprinkle with crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
