Salmon Log(Cocktail Spread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, drained and skin and bones removed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
    3 to 4 Tbsp. grated onion
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 tsp. liquid smoke
    salt to taste
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley or 2 Tbsp. chopped dill (always use fresh)
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts (optional)
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except the parsley and walnuts in blender; mix well.
    Place in bowl and chill for several hours. Shape into a log.
    Sprinkle parsley and walnuts over log and serve.
    Serve with assorted crackers and Melba toast.
