Hawaiian-Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. all-purpose flour
2 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
2 c. ripe bananas, mashed
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
Preparation

Combine dry ingredients.
Stir in nuts and set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring just until batter is moistened.
Spoon into greased and floured pan (two pans: 9 x 5 x 3-inch or one pan: 9 x 13 x 2-inch).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour and 5 minutes or until done.
Cool 10 minutes before removing from pans.
Cool completely on wire racks.
