Coffee Custard - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Featherweight Vaniaa Custard
    2 pkg. Equal
    1 Tbsp. instant coffee
    1/8 tsp. ground cinnamon
    2 c. skim milk
Preparation
    Combine custard mix, Equal, instant coffee and cinnamon in medium saucepan.
    Stir in skim milk.
    Cook on medium-low heat until mixture comes to a full boil, stirring constantly.
    (Mix will be thin.)
    Pour into custard cups or dessert dishes. Refrigerate at least 1 hour or until set.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired.
    Makes 4 servings.
