Vegetable Casserole - cooking recipe

potatoes
onions
squash
tomatoes
salt and pepper to taste
margarine
Preparation

Make as much as you need.
Spray casserole dish the size to fit your family.
Slice potatoes to make first layer in dish. Slice onions to make second layer.
Slice squash for third layer; slice peeled fresh tomatoes for fourth layer.
Sprinkle with margarine, salt and pepper.
Add layers in order to fill your dish.
Bake, covered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes, or until potatoes are tender.
Works well in microwave.
