Fresh Apple Cake With Butter Pecan Glaze - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. plain flour
    2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
    3 eggs
    4 c. apples, cored and grated
    1 c. pecans, chopped
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Grease and flour 10-inch Bundt pan.
    Combine flour, cinnamon, soda and salt; set aside.
    Beat together sugar, oil and eggs in large bowl.
    Add flour mixture slowly.
    Stir in apples, nuts and vanilla.
    Pour batter into pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 55 minutes or until done.
    Cool on wire rack.
    Remove from pan.
    Drizzle with glaze.
