Cream Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 large potatoes, diced
1 qt. milk
1/2 c. chopped celery
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. chicken broth
Preparation

Boil peeled potatoes 10 minutes.
Drain.
Put in fresh water. Add broth, all the seasonings and cook until potatoes are tender. Put milk in double boiler and add flour and butter when hot.
Stir until thick.
Pour into the potato mix and bring to a boil.
