Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. medium mushrooms
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. crumbled Blue cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
Preparation
    Remove mushroom stems; chop enough stems to measure 1/2 cup and set aside.
    Cook mushroom caps over medium heat in margarine about 5 minutes.
    Drain on paper towels.
    Combine cream cheese and Blue cheese; mix well.
    Stir in chopped stems and onion, if desired.
    Fill mushroom caps with cheese mixture.
    Place on cookie sheet and broil until golden brown.
