    potatoes
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    chives
    melted butter
Preparation
    Peel and quarter potatoes; put in boiling water, drain and mash.
    Place in large pan; season with salt, pepper and garlic. Ladle with butter, sprinkle with Cheddar, garnish with chives. Bake just until cheese melts.
