Chicken Parmesan - cooking recipe

4 half chicken breasts, skinned and boned
2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans Italian style stewed tomatoes
1/2 tsp. oregano or basil, crushed
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce (optional)
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Place chicken in baking dish.
Bake 20 minutes in a preheated oven with cover on at 425\u00b0, then drain.
Combine tomatoes, cornstarch, oregano and pepper sauce; cook, stirring constantly, until sauce is thickened.
Pour heated sauce over drained chicken; top with cheese.
Bake 10 minutes, uncovered.
Garnish with parsley.
Makes 4 servings.
