Beet Jelly - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. beet juice
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 pkg. Sure-Jell
    4 c. sugar
    1 (3 oz.) pkg. red gelatin
Preparation
    Boil first 3 ingredients 1 minute. Add sugar and gelatin. Boil 6 additional minutes. May be canned and sealed with lid or paraffin.
