Grape-Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour milk or cream
    1/2 c. Grape-Nuts
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 c. flour
Preparation
    Soak Grape-Nuts in milk for 1/2 hour.
    Mix in dry ingredients. Pour into greased loaf pan.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until dry when tested with a toothpick.
    Can be frozen.
