Play Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 c. water
food coloring

Preparation

Mix ingredients together well and cook over medium heat in heavy saucepan until ball forms.
Cool and store in airtight container.
