Carrots Deluxe - cooking recipe

6 medium carrots, pared in thin strips
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 Tbsp. chopped chives
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Melt margarine in a saucepan. Add lemon juice. Arrange carrots in layers in a baking dish.
Between each layer, pour in the lemon juice and margarine mixture. Sprinkle with chives and parsley. Add the water. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 until the carrots are tender, about 50 minutes.
