Ingredients

1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. melted butter
1/4 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 c. milk
Preparation

Put all ingredients in a blender and blend well.
Heat frying pan and coat with butter.
Pour in mixture and cook until top is firm and bottom is lightly browned.
Flip over and brown other side.
Place on a plate and put on your favorite syrup, or roll up, slice and enjoy!
Makes 4 to 5 (6 to 7-inch) pancakes.
