Sour Cream Peach Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sour cream
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. fresh peaches, sliced
unbaked pie shell
Preparation

In a bowl, combine sugar, flour and salt.
Add sour cream, egg and vanilla and mix well.
Place peaches in pie shell and cover with sour cream mixture.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes, then reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake for another 30 minutes.
