Sour Milk Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. melted shortening or salad oil
Preparation
    Put all ingredients into blender, cover, and process on MIX until well blended.
    Bake on a lightly greased griddle until nicely browned.
    Turn only once.
    Yield: 8 to 10 pancakes.
