Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 slices bread
    1lb. sage sausage
    1 lb. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 c. milk
    4 to 5 eggs
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cube bread into greased 9 x 13-inch dish.
    Layer cooked sausage on top of bread.
    Layer grated cheese on top.
    Mix eggs, milk and seasonings together.
    Pour over cheese.
    Bake slowly at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
