Pumpkin Nut Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    2 eggs
    1/4 c. softened stick butter
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and spices.
    In a different mixing bowl, combine pumpkin, sugar, milk and eggs.
    Add dry mixture and softened butter.
    Mix until well blended.
    Stir in nuts.
    Spread in well-greased 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan.
    Bake until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean (approximately 45 to 55 minutes) in a 350\u00b0 oven.
