Pastelli(Italian Soup) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. flour
    4 Tbsp. bread crumbs
    8 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
    rind of 1 lemon
    dash of nutmeg
    2 qt. boiling chicken broth
Preparation
    Mix together the first 6 ingredients.
    Mix well and press through a potato ricer into boiling chicken broth.
    Simmer 20 minutes.
    May be served with additional grated cheese.
